Tamara Hubbard
MA, LCPC; Licensed Therapist
No matter the reason you're seeking support, my goal is to help you gain clarity on what's important to you, tap into your own strengths, and build the skills you need to move forward in alignment with the values and visions you have for your life. So, let's work together on all of this!
My Services
I'm here to help women pursue what's needed as they work towards emotional wellness and their just right balance between overwhelm and living their best life.
As a trained marriage and family therapist, my therapy practice focuses on supporting women as they navigate anxiety and stress, parenthood, life adjustments, and family and relationship dynamics. I also specialize in helping parents of children with food allergies navigate food allergy anxiety and food allergy parenting.
I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life's challenges. Whether you're struggling with a specific concern, want to build skills to help you navigate life's ups and downs, or are looking for therapeutic support related to parenting a child or teen with food allergies, I can help.
Learn more about my virtual counseling (for those in IL) and educational food allergy consultation services (for all) by looking through my website, and then reach out to start your journey towards living the life you've envisioned. I look forward to connecting!
